STANDARD
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
In order to control costs,
our normal procedure is to hold all orders until they can be
shipped complete. If an item that you have ordered is not in
stock and must be backordered, this will be indicated on the
Order Confirmation email sent to you. At that
time you will have the option of receiving backordered merchandise
as a separate shipment, (which will incur an additional Shipping
and Handling charge).
Pricing does not include Shipping
and Handling or Pennsylvania State Sales Tax (6% on all
orders shipped within PA).

ORDER
CONFIRMATION:
Within 24 to 48 hours
after placing your order with Country Knives Inc. you will receive
an Order Confirmation email containing the details and status

SHIPPING
AND HANDLING:
We
prefer and recommend shipping all domestic orders via UPS (United
Parcel Service), with the exception of Military APO/FPO orders
(See below). UPS provides fast service and reliable delivery
at reasonable rates with accurate tracking. In case of loss,
insurance claims are usually processed and resolved within seven
(7) business days. We have used UPS for over twenty years with
100% satisfaction.

UPS
will not deliver to a Post Office Box or Rural Route Number.
If
UPS has delivered to your PO Box or Rural Route Number in the
past, their policy has changed resulting in surcharges that
can be avoided by providing your street address.
Some
areas are subject to a UPS Rural Delivery Surcharge
($2.50), which will be indicated on your Order
Confirmation in addition to normal Shipping and Handling.
If
UPS is unable to deliver or requires additional effort to make
a delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided
to us a $10.00 Address Correction Fee may be incurred and charged
to you.
If
UPS delivers an order to a wrong address (as provided
by the customer), a minimum $20.00 service fee may
be charged in order to correct the error and issue a UPS Call
Tag to pick-up and deliver the order to the corrected address
if possible.

shipping services such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air,

the customer requests that we use USPS as the shipper or only
provides us with a Post Office Box as the shipping address and
we must use USPS, please be aware that in the event of loss
or damage, any and all claims cannot be filed until the matter
has been completely resolved with USPS. See below.
PLEASE
NOTE: Whenever possible, we prefer not to use USPS
services due to the 30-day minimum for processing of insurance
claims for Damage, Partial Loss or Total Loss of Contents.

MILITARY
APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office):
All shipments
to U.S. Military personnel with an APO or FPO address must be
shipped via the USPS (U.S. Postal Service) via Priority or Express
Mail and will be quoted on an individual basis.
SHIPMENT OF OVERSIZE ITEMS:
Most
swords (and other large items) may not be able to be combined
with other merchandise and must ship as “oversize” at a minimum
Shipping and Handling of $25. Shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and elsewhere are subject
to additional costs and will be quoted on an individual basis

INTERNATIONAL
SERVICE:
All
orders to be shipped outside the United States (and its territories)
must be paid in advance in US funds
via International Money Order, Bank Draft or Western
Union Wire Transfer. For security reasons, credit card
companies (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
cannot (will not) confirm cardholder addresses and therefore
will not authorize (authenticate) their cards for international
shipment. Although we can process credit cards from foreign
cardholders it is a risk that we cannot afford to accept. All
International orders will be confirmed and shipment arranged
on an individual basis. We
ship all international orders via
USPS Express Mail® International which is insured
and tracked.
INSURANCE
CLAIMS FOR A LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT:
All insurance claims for Damage,
Partial Loss or Total Loss of Contents
will be made with the carrier immediately upon notification.
We will initiate tracking and file a claim as quickly as possible
within the requirements of that carrier and will process replacement,
refund, exchange, or credit for the lost or damaged shipment as
soon as resolution of claim is completed.

We prefer that you

If you complete our Order Form and print it out prior to calling us, you will
have all the information we need to process your order correctly and efficiently.
After you place your order we will email you with your Order
Confirmation.
If you cannot reach us during these times, you can print out
our Order Form and fax it or mail it to us (See below).
TO ORDER BY FAX:
You may fax an order to us at (717) 768-0335, 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, 365 days a year. Complete the online Order
Form, print it and fax it to us. Please be sure to follow the
instructions in completing the order form so that we may process
your order correctly and efficiently. We will email an Order
Confirmation to verify your order and calculate shipping
charges.
TO ORDER BY MAIL:
Complete the online Order Form,

will then email an Order Confirmation to you

OF PAYMENT:

GIFT
CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates
are available in any amount and will be sent to the address
specified in the "SHIPPING ADDRESS" portion of your
order. Purchase a certificate by completing our order form.
Please indicate the name of the recipient to whom you are giving
the Gift Certificate and the address that you want the Gift
Certificate to be sent to in the “shipping address”
section on the order form.
Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates can be redeemed on our website, www.countryknives.com,
or in person at our store. Store Hours Gift Certificates are
not refundable and are for merchandise only. Any unused balance
will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
If an order/ purchase exceeds the amount of the gift certificate,
payment must be made for the balance. Gift certificates and
unused portions of gift certificates expire on the earlier of
one year from the date of issue or on the earliest date permitted
under applicable law.

POLICY:
If for any reason you are not

merchandise so that we can process your return as quickly
