Böker - Arbolito

Böker owes its success and name recognition in the South American markets of Argentina, Chile, and Mexico to the able men of the Böker family who worked there in the 19th and 20th centuries. The current trademark of Arbolito (Spanish = Little Tree) illustrates its significance and prominence in Latin America. In 1983, Argentina's economy and customs restrictions made the importation practically impossible. In order not to stop serving their market, Böker Arbolito S.A. was established in cooperation with the Salzmann family, specializing chiefly in household cutlery and working knives. Böker built a factory in the town of Ezpeleta, Province of Buenos Aires. Providing their knowledge, experience, technology, and the cutlery machinery from Solingen manufacturing was success from the beginning.

In the Böker Arbolito Manufactory in Buenos Aires they are producing handmade high quality knives with the best materials, specially focused on hunting and outdoor knives with handle scales out of wood and stag. Either for professional use, sports, every day carry, or collectors, the traditional knives from Argentina are up to every task.
