Returns

All refunds are made at the discretion of Country Knives Inc.:

1. If the merchandise received is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible via email to: customerservice@countryknives.com or call us at (717) 768-3818 between 10AM and 4PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Saturday. (See Store Hours). Please have a copy of your Order Confirmation email available before contacting us. We will issue a Return Authorization and you can return the merchandise at our cost for replacement, store credit or a full refund (including initial shipping and handling) as detailed in the chart above.Returned merchandise MUST be in original, un-used, un-carried, re-sellable, new condition including all manufacturer packaging. Items that show wear or scratches will not be refunded.Please follow the packaging guidelines shown below when making a return.
   
2. If the merchandise (and/or packaging) was damaged while in transit, please contact us as soon as possible via email to: customerservice@countryknives.com or call us at (717) 768-3818 between 10AM and 5PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Saturday. (See Store Hours). Please have a copy of your Order Confirmation email available before contacting us. We will issue a Return Authorization and you can return the merchandise at our cost (reimbursed on receipt of return, per instructions below) for replacement, store credit or a full refund (including initial shipping and handling) as detailed in the chart above.It is important to save all of the original packaging if merchandise is damaged in transit, as we will have to file a damage claim with the carrier.Please follow the packaging guidelines below when making a return.

If the merchandise received is defective, please contact us as soon as possible via email to: customerservice@countryknives.com or call us at (717) 768-3818 between 10AM and 5PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Saturday. (See Store Hours). Please have a copy of your Order Confirmation email available before contacting us. We will issue a Return Authorization and you can return the merchandise at our cost (reimbursed when/if the item is determined to be defective) for replacement, store credit or a full refund (including initial shipping and handling) as detailed in the chart above.Merchandise returned as defective MUST be in original, un-used, un-carried, condition as received including all original packaging as we will have to make a claim with the manufacturer.Please follow the packaging guidelines shown below when making a return.

If you wish to make a return for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible via email to: customerservice@countryknives.com or call us at (717) 768-3818 between 10AM and 5PM (Eastern Time) Monday through Saturday. (See Store Hours). Please have a copy of your Order Confirmation email available before contacting us. We will issue a Return Authorization and you can return the merchandise at your cost for replacement, store credit or a refund of the original purchase price (not including initial shipping and handling) as detailed in the chart above.Please follow the packaging guidelines shown below when making a return.Returned merchandise MUST be in original, un-used, un-carried, re-sellable, new condition including all manufacturer packaging.
