10″ Slicing Knife
The Slicing Knife has a narrow spear point fine edge blade and is a useful tool for medium to large slicing tasks. It is used to both separate meat from the bone and slice it into thin serving portions.
The San Moritz Elite series feature one piece fully forged blades of high carbon, molybdenum vanadium no-stain (stainless) tool steel. Hand sharpened and polished, the blades have a bolsterless Elite edge for incredible sharpness and cutting performance. The handles are made of POM (Polyoxymethylene) molded directly to the integral tang for comfort and strength. Each knife is individually gift boxed. Made in Germany.
