These tradition two-handed Mezzaluna (half moon) are perfect for coarse chopping to fine mincing of herbs, nuts, and vegetables. Featuring blades of high carbon, molybdenum vanadium no-stain (stainless) tool steel with Santoprene handles molded directly to a the tang for balance and strength. Made in Solingen, Germany.
