Paring Knife – AEB-L / Black Walnut

A smaller knife mainly used for peeling and vegetable preparation is very handy. One of the most used knives in a kitchen should be enjoyable as well as sharp. The AEB-L high carbon steel will stay sharp longer and can be easily resharpened. The profile design has a drop point for delicate culinary tasks. I find it more useful than a heavily curved design. Decorated with black walnut, brass loveless bolts, and a white inlay.
