Rada cutlery is made of surgical quality, T420 high carbon stainless steel. Their new Stainless Steel Resin handle is the same size, shape and weight as their existing Brushed Aluminum handle (and has the same blade steel too). The black SSR handles were developed for improved performance in automatic dishwashers. Hollow-ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention and sharpness.
