105mm (4⅛’’) Deba (Meat / Fish Knife).

Wasabi is a hot, green horseradish popular as a condiment with sushi and Kai’s Wasabi kitchen cutlery is equally hot! The 6600 Wasabi series features conventional Japanese styling with modern materials for easy care and maintenance. The blades are made of Daido 1K6 high-carbon stainless steel that are sharpened on a single side to provide superior cutting performance. Made from a blend of real bamboo powder and polypropylene, the handles are impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent growth of bacteria. The added strength of a stainless steel ferrule complete the traditional look.
