16cm (6″) Santoku (Salad Knife) with Serrated Edge

The 6” Salad Knife has an extra wide blade and deep serrated edge. The serrated edge has saw-like teeth that enable the blade to slice cleanly through food with delicate textures such as bread or soft vegetables and fruit without damaging soft insides. The wider blade surface also makes it easier and more efficient to scrape and carry prepped ingredients from the cutting board to pans, bowls and other vessels.

Wüsthof-Trident Classic Series Cutlery features precision drop-forged blades of high-carbon stainless steel and perfectly balanced full tang construction. Distinctive design with bonded and riveted polymer handles that are hygienic and virtually indestructible.
