CSN-152 BK - Mandolin - Double-Edged Slicer
This mandolin style slicer is ideal for everything from cutting vegetables for a stir-fry, appetizers, garnishes, tarts, and salads, potato chips to slicing apples for a tart. The straight slicer has a double-edged, razor sharp ceramic blade for cutting paper thin (1/16″ thick) slices in both directions. The advanced ceramic blade is close in hardness to diamond, and will stay sharper 10X longer than steel blades. Totally impervious to acids, juices, oils, salts, it will never alter the taste; smell or appearance of food, won’t rust and won’t corrode. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Hand-guard included.
