Named the ‘SUPER’ Cheese knife, the cut-out design provides minimal surface and will cut the softest Brie to the hardest Cheddar with ease and without sticking to the blade. Featuring a blade of high carbon, molybdenum vanadium no-stain (stainless) tool steel with a ripple-serrated edge and handle of Santoprene molded directly to a the tang for balance and strength. Made in Solingen, Germany.
