4½” Steak Knife (Non-Serrated)
The Steak Knife has a fine edge with an upward curved tip. The grip can vary but the knife is usually pulled rather than pushed through the meat. The main cutting edge on this Steak Knife is used to slice meat while the tip assists in separating meat from the bone.
The San Moritz Elite series feature one piece fully forged blades of high carbon, molybdenum vanadium no-stain (stainless) tool steel. Hand sharpened and polished, the blades have a bolsterless Elite edge for incredible sharpness and cutting performance. The handles are made of POM (Polyoxymethylene) molded directly to the integral tang for comfort and strength. Each knife is individually gift boxed. Made in Germany.
