4½” Serrated Steak Knife
The Multi-Edge Steak Knife has a fine edge slicing blade with teeth added to the upward curved tip. The saw teeth give added cutting power to the tip when working against a bone. The knife is usually pulled rather than pushed through the meat. The main cutting edge on this Steak Knife is used to slice meat while the serrated tip assists in separating meat from the bone.
The San Moritz Elite series feature one piece fully forged blades of high carbon, molybdenum vanadium no-stain (stainless) tool steel. Hand sharpened and polished, the blades have a bolsterless Elite edge for incredible sharpness and cutting performance. The handles are made of POM (Polyoxymethylene) molded directly to the integral tang for comfort and strength. Each knife is individually gift boxed. Made in Germany.
