MMHW-EGSK - EGS Khukri - Canvas Micarta
The ECG handle configuration is designed to facilitate better grip, control, and shock-absorption in chopping applications. The spine-side upwards flare at the end of the handle acts as a cradle and slip-stop for the palm of your hand. Most handle configurations will flare downward at the rear of the handle, only relying on the fingers (especially the pinky) to control forward momentum. This handle design has the added benefit of using both the palm and the fingers to assist in controlling the blade. Each blade is differentially hardened and then parkerized for toughness and protection against corrosion. Sheath is form fitted black Kydex with belt loop and brass eyelets. Canvas phenolic handle scales are held to the tang by epoxy and two steel roll pins.
