Yoshimi Kotoh is a custom knife maker from Kyushu, Japan’s most south-western island. He has over 40 years of knife making experience and is an early member of the JKG (Japanese Knife Guild). Mr. Kotoh has recently retired from the Japanese Defense Force and can now put his full efforts into knife production. As each item is hand crafted, variations in color and design are normal as handles may be lighter or darker than illustrated.
