This limited edition Exclusive version of Michael Janich’s Spyderco YoJumbo showcases CPM M4 blade steel—a special purpose high speed tool steel produced by the particle metallurgy process. Its sophisticated alloy composition, high vanadium content, and extremely fine grain structure give it exceptional wear resistance and toughness—properties that translate to outstanding edge retention and impact resistance in knife blades. The blade of this knife also features a non-reflective Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating.

Equally unique, the handle of this YoJumbo features natural-colored G-10 handle scales. The interior surfaces of the coarse-textured scales are machined to house nested stainless steel liners that provide impressive structural strength and form the foundation of the knife’s Compression Lock mechanism. To complement the blade’s DLC coating, the handle’s liners, hardware, and four-position pocket clip also feature durable black coatings.
