The Cutting Knife is a general purpose carving knife. Its more rounded point is very durable. A great beginner’s knife.

These knives are made with the same edge-holding steel as Flexcut’s gouges and chisels. The comfortable carved Ash handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.
