Chip Carving –

The traditional Chip Carving Knife is a short-bladed knife used to make triangular shaped cuts to create intricate designs in wood. Designs carved in this fashion are cut into the wood or incised, not relieved.

These knives are made with the same edge-holding steel as Flexcut’s gouges and chisels. The comfortable carved Ash handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.
