Scorp – Left-Hand

These knives are essentially Left-angled gouges designed for carving areas where the full length of a gouge will not fit. Knife carvers find them useful for hollowing deep, narrow cavities. Their short turning radius allows them to carve similar to spoon gouges, only better. Ash handle, Left-hand, #11 Sweep, 3/16″ (5mm).

These knives are made with the same edge-holding steel as Flexcut’s gouges and chisels. The comfortable carved Ash handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.
