The 6700 Black Wasabi series features conventional Japanese styling with modern materials for easy care and maintenance. The blades are made of Daido 1K6 high-carbon stainless steel that are sharpened on a single side to provide superior cutting performance. Made from a blend of real bamboo powder and polypropylene, the handles are impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent growth of bacteria.
