Ideal for the home kitchen, or commercial establishment where only a smaller cleaver is needed. German made and built to last generations. Cleaver features high- quality one-piece German stainless steel construction with riveted plastic over-molded handle, that has the appearance of wood, but has the durability of nylon polymer. Blade is polished to a mirror finish–one of the best on the market. Hang hole in the blade allows for easy storage.
