Because these peels are made with the same material as their cutting boards, Epicurean pizza peels won’t warp or crack like traditional wood pizza peels, and there is no need to transfer – just slice and serve. This new design uses slate-colored, riveted scales to keep the handles comfortable and strong, but allow the peel to lay flat on the counter for safe cutting of your pie or calzone. Perfect for building pizzas, slipping them in and out of the oven, slicing and serving.
