This scissors blunt tip is designed for detailed cutting and for trimming stabilizers away from embroidery designs without damaging fabric. It is also great for trimming and cutting away excess fabric on shadow appliqué.

The 5000 Series is made for professional use and available in 18 different models to meet each demand of professionals. The blades are made of AUS6A stainless steel and hardened up to 56+/-1 HRC. The scissors are satin finished and equipped with a tension adjustable screw made of brass for easy re-conditioning. Ergonomically soft handle grips and professionally honed blades offer fatigue free cutting on all types of fabrics. Kai scissors and shears cut to the tip every time and may be sharpened many times.
