Tagus - 14C28N / Olivewood
The Tagus model is Castillo’s largest. It is an all-purpose model for bigger jobs. The handle has contours for fingers resulting in an improved grip. Each knife comes with a felt bag for storage. The Tagus is named after the longest river in Iberia which traverses Spain and Portugal and has played an important part in Spanish history.
Castillo (pronounced “cas – TI – yo”) Knives has a passion for Spanish-made cutlery, and for keeping the tradition alive in the region of Castilla-La Mancha. Spanish knifemaking heritage took shape in the Middle Ages and continues to this day. By combining both form and function, they aim to share this history by paying homage to the region and meeting the modern demands of everyday use.
